SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the
next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order
has been shipped.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not
ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or
APO/FPO military addresses.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping is FREE on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the
final price — no additional shipping fees will be charged.
4. Delivery Methods & Estimated Time
All items ship from our U.S. warehouses.
- Small items are delivered by parcel carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS):
estimated 3-8 business days after dispatch.
- Large furniture items are delivered by LTL freight carriers:
estimated 7-14 business days after dispatch. The carrier will
contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment, and an
adult must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Freight deliveries are curbside delivery by default: the carrier
delivers the packaged item to the curb or driveway at your address.
In-home carry, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by
carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control may occur.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please
allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery — IMPORTANT
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery:
- For freight deliveries, examine the packaging before signing. If you
see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt (or refuse the
delivery) and take photos.
- For all orders, if you find any damage, defect, or missing parts,
contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS of delivery with your order number and
clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Timely reporting is required for us to file a claim with the carrier
and warehouse. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for
free replacement or refund.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged and is reported within 48 hours, we will
arrange a refund, replacement parts, or a replacement unit at no cost
to you, depending on the situation. If tracking shows no movement for
an extended period or the shipment is lost in transit, contact us and
we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it for you.
8. Address Changes & Cancellations
We can update the shipping address or cancel an order only BEFORE it
ships. Once an order has been dispatched, the address can no longer be
changed. Please double-check your address at checkout.
