RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us
WITHIN 48 HOURS of delivery through our Contact page, with your order
number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method;
- Free replacement parts (for minor, repairable issues);
- A replacement unit.
We may not be able to honor claims reported after 48 hours, as carrier
and warehouse claim windows are strictly time-limited.
2. Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind)
Because our products are large furniture items with high freight costs,
we do not accept free returns for non-quality reasons. If you wish to
return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of
delivery, please contact us first: return shipping costs and a
restocking fee of up to 20% will be deducted from your refund. Items
that are used, assembled, or without original packaging cannot be
returned.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge BEFORE shipment for a full
refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be
treated as a return under Section 2.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within
5-10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 10
business days, please contact us.
